Hugging this character: Yes, but unless it's from his Mother or his friends don't expect any back from him.
Kissing this character: Yes, but his reaction will vary from friendly to hostile depending on who (or what) kisses him.
Flirting with this character: Go right on ahead! Don't expect him to flirt back, and if he actually does it's going to be very awkward. He's not the type to flirt to begin with.
Fighting with this character: Yes! Assuming it's a Pokemon battle, although he'd try to avoid that at all costs. Physical fights he probably won't even fight back.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, go ahead. He can handle broken limbs!! (Okay he can't but-)
